Summer Sports Training in Monmouth County (Group/Programs/t&f weekend groups)

Summer Group Training for all sports.

Starts Monday June 30th

  • Monday 11am-1pm w/me:     (Dynamic Warm up/Movement Prep/Corrective Exercises followed by Olympic lifts/legs)
  • Tuesday 11am-1pm 1st week w/me following weeks on your own.  Sometimes I will be available for supervision (Running Drills/Medicine Ball followed by Upper body/abdominals)
  • Thursday 11am-1pm w/me:     (Dynamic Warm up/Movement Prep/Corrective Exercises followed by Olympic lifts/legs)
  • Friday 11am-1pm 1st week w/me following weeks on your own.  Sometimes I will be available for supervision (Upper body/abdominals)

Monthly cost is $200…  This includes:

  • 8 sessions with me.  8 sessions on your own, however I may be here for all sessions if things workout! (I will 100% be here for all 4 days of the 1st week for program overview)
  •  Your membership to use the gym on the other two days!
  • An active recovery drink to take in during your workout!

That breaks down to $25 a session w/me (8 sessions a month)

Including the other days of lifting $12.50 (16 sessions total)

  • 3 or 4 training days (depending on your sport)
  • Medicine Ball exercises
  • Abdominal workouts
  • Running Workouts (tailored to your sport)
  • Calorie Calculator (how much protein, carbohydrates and fats you should consume on training and non-training days)

If I have worked with you in the past and you are not signed up with the Weekly Group: $50.00 (50% savings)

You will have access to me!  These workouts need to be done exactly how I need them to be… PERFECT!   That’s why there is more of an ADVANTAGE to join the group!  If you can’t do the group you will be able to text message me daily for program details and questions.

 TRACK AND FIELD ATHLETES ONLY!!!

1-on-1 training is $40.00 (60 minutes)

  • Warm up exercises specific for the throws
  • Throwing drills followed by actual throwing
  • video stills text or emailed for review (if wanted)

Group summer conditioning starts this weekend June 29th.   Same old price $20.00.   These workouts are 3 hours long and will consist of the following:

  • Warm up
  • Cardiovascular Conditioning
  • Throwing (Shot, Discus & Hammer)
