This site is ‘the common sense on health.’  Most people are mislead through marketing campaigns on what is good and bad (when concerning health & the human body).   I hope to provide educational/fun topics along with products in which people can better themselves.

There is no room for excuses, no regrets.  There is enough information in the world that can allow you to great strength, great health and great body image.   Hopefully you can incorporate some of the information into your daily lives to advance the human body experience!

10 COMMANDMENTS OF THE HUMAN ORGANISM

1.  You are your own god. Make your life

2.  Negative thoughts, cause stress on the body, thus having a profound negative effect on your performance, attitude and health.

3.  Eat breakfast.  Breakfast provides essential nutrients that kick starts your metabolism and provides fuel for the brain.

4.  Be Intense! Intensity is an emotion that can be used in your life’s work, whether that be your job or your health. Be Intense!

5.  Full body movements make the body adapt (grow) faster than any other lifts.

6.  Stretch! Flexibility will save your life and your back!

7.  Eat what the earth provides.  This will ensure you a lean built physique. Nature intended you to be a fast and lean hunter and gatherer, not a slow fat couch potatoe.

8.  Eat vegetables even if you don’t like them. They provide essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that will help you fuel workouts, recover and protect you agains cancer causing carcinogens.

9.  Consistantly, present greater stress load on the body.  A tree will never stand thick and tall unless wind has blown on it constantly. If there was no wind (stress), it would have died or fell over. Stress the body!

10.  Never miss a day of training…yeah I know you need days off, but if you are suppose to train on ‘x’ day then you train. Your life depends on it!
